Ted Harris Paint Street View

In 2012, Bob Harris sold the East Vancouver landmark to Kris Rennie, who hopes to convert the space into artist studios with the help of his real estate marketer father, Bob Rennie. While their plans for the building signal big changes for the neighbourhood, the classic neon sign will remain the same.
